Start with a questionnaire


This is key to give a clear picture of your overall health, body measurements, nutritional history and lifestyle and help to ensure you get the best start possible.


I’ll tailor your plan

I’ll now create your tailored calorie and macronutrient nutrition recommendations using our simple meal planning system. These tailored nutrition recommendations will support your progression through each phase, and be updated throughout your journey.



Kick-off call


This will go over how the coaching and your program works. This is how you ask questions and get a successful start to your transformation.


Training and nutrition phases

After 2 working days Phase One will be sent to you. Now your journey can begin. There will be 3 phases in total to complete the initial program and preparing for the next phase.


Maintaining results 


The Maintenance Program is intended to be your plan after the initial program ends, this 12-week program is designed for you to customize your own nutritional program and follow to set you free from dieting.

I will teach you how to maintain your transformation and build upon it so that you are always progressing to be the best version of yourself.

Chris serves as a personal trainer and

coach for clients in live 1-to-1 training

programs in Burbank, California and works online with clients as a dedicated leader and fitness coach to clients globally through Chris Patterson Coaching.


Chris has been a passionate student of

fitness and studied the human body and

fitness training for almost 20 years. He has over 10 years of combined experience in serving as a mentor and coach to clients that want to master their health, mobility, body image, coordination, reduce body fat, gain lean muscle, develop stamina and strength.
